11611 Transaction blocked by your settings in FMF during checkout
This error code occurs when a transaction is blocked by the fraud filters on the web page. This can occur for one of many different triggers, but typically it is caused by the information you entered during the checkout process not matching what is on file with your credit card. This is often an address mismatch, or possibly the CVV code entered from the back of your card doesn't match. Your credit card company should be able to tell you exactly what didn't match with their records.

Transactions blocked by the fraud filters have already been "pre approved" by your issuing bank, and depending on your credit card you may see temporary holds on your funds. These holds are typically released after a couple days and are NOT charges on your card.
